Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor and model. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. Her Professional Card was only awarded one year later, at 17 years of age. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career at the age of 16, after she quit the sport of gymnastics. In just one year she was granted her professional card aged 17. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from stage life after obtaining her Pro Card to complete her university studies. She came back in 2015 and continued from her previous place of taking part in elite contests such as that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance with a goal of setting higher standards each year. For 2009 alone, 4 new fitness titles were added to her list. In addition, the 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the IFBB's Fitness Pros with the smallest age ever. Ariel spent 6 years trying to earn her bachelor's degree, after earning the Pro Card. After earning her Professional IFBB Fitness Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang during her first competition at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show was a success and she finished third. The summer of 2016, she was named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel took to the Olympia stage and took 6th place in the Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel states that she was more than proud of the result. Ariel was competing against the best. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing the best version of her body each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using machines, as well as bent-over rows. She warms-up first before moving onto exercises. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings for all her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
